Oregon-based Golden Leaf Holdings (CSE:C.GLH, Forum) was bringing in a decent $150k in revenues per month a year ago, selling high quality cannabis extracts to medicinal customers in its home state. By January, that revenue had doubled. By March it had nearly doubled again. For the last six months, they’ve been pulling in $1m+ consistently, with that growth only being slowed by the wait for more extraction machinery.
With that machinery starting to land, and Oregon’s legislators approving fully recreational marijuana use just last week, and a Washington State expansion in the works, the company couldn’t possibly have picked a better time to go public.
With revenues that dwarf just about all Canadian players, executives at the CSE-listed US vehicle have every right to be cocky – but they’re not there yet. CEO Don Robinson likes to refer to his group as the ‘grey hairs’ of the sector, and shares a very detailed, low-risk growth proposition with Stockhouse readers in this, the latest of our Stockpod podcasts with junior business leaders.
Exactly how big can Golden Leaf get, and with cash rolling in monthly, how quickly will they get there? Listen on.
